The fresh tomatoes are peeled, washed and cut into pieces. The carrots, celery and the green pepper are peeled, washed and cut into slices. The green parsley is washed and chopped. The rice is sorted out of impurities, washed, boiled in salted hot water, washed again and drained.
The carrots, celery, onion and green pepper are braised in oil and water. The salt is added and they are boiled for 20 minutes. The tomatoes, the tomatoes paste, the soup are introduced and are boiled for 30 more minutes. They are blended, the sugar and the rice are added and the soup is boiled for 5 more minutes.
