The fresh tomatoes are peeled, washed and cut into pieces. The carrots, celery and the green pepper are peeled, washed and cut into slices. The green parsley is washed and chopped, the homemade noodles are boiled in salted water, chilled, passed through a cold water jet and drained.
The carrots, celery, onion and green pepper are braised in oil and water. The salt is added and they are boiled for 20 minutes. The tomatoes, the soup and the tomatoes paste are introduced. The boiling process goes on for 30 more minutes. They are blended, the sugar and the homemade noodles are added and the soup is boiled for 5 more minutes.
