The vegetables and the greengroceries are peeled, washed and cut into slices. The eggs are washed, disinfected, passes through a cold water jet. The loaf is cut into small cubes, they are sprinkled with half of the butter quantity and browned in the oven.
The vegetables and the greengroceries are boiled in water. After boiling they are blended and the soup is added. Separately is prepared a mixture of egg and milk cream. It is added in the pot with the pottage. It is boiled for 10 minutes. At the end of boiling the rest of butter and salt is added.
