The carrots are peeled, washed and cut into slices. The onion is peeled, washed, chopped and soaked in boiled water. The flour is bolted and diluted in cold water. The eggs are washed, disinfected, passes through a cold water jet.The loaf is cut into small cubes, they are sprinkled with butter and browned in the oven.
The carrots and the onion are braised in half of the butter quantity and water. They are boiled for roughly 30 minutes. During boiling the flour and the soup are added. After boiling the soup is blended. Separately is prepared the mixture of egg yolks and milk cream. In the blended pottage is added the mixture, it is boiled for 5 to 10 minutes. In the end, the rest of the butter is added.
