The meat is washed. The greengroceries are peeled, washed and cut into irregular shapes. The potatoes are peeled, washed and cut into small cubs. The onion is cleaned, washed and chopped. The green peppers are cleaned, washed and chopped. The peas and the beans are passed through a cold water jet and drained. The citric acid is dissolved into water.
The meat is boiled in salted water. During the boiling the foam is removed, the onion is added. The greengroceries, the green peppers are braised in oil and water. When the meat is half boiled, the braised vegetables, the cabbage and the potatoes are added. The boiling process is in progress. Towards the end are added the peas, the green beans, the tomatoes and the tomatoes sauce diluted with soup. The meat is removed, cut into cubes and maintained at warm. The citric acid is added.
