The potatoes are washed, boiled, peeled and cut into small cubes. The carrots are peeled, washed, boiled in salted water and cut into small cubes. The peas is drained and passed through a cold water jet. The green parsley is washed; half of it is chopped and half is kept to decorate.
The potatoes are mixed with the carrots, the peas, the pepper, the mustard, the chopped green parsley, 300 grams of mayonnaise and salt.
