The mushrooms stems are removed, washed several times in cold water, boiled in salted water, drained and cut into thin strips. The green pepper is washed and cut into strips. The lemon is washed and squeezed. The ham is cut into strips. The eggs are washed, disinfected, passed through a cold water jet, hard boiled, peeled and sliced.
We make the sauce by mixing the mayonnaise with vinegar, lemon juice, sugar, pepper and salt. The sauce is mixed with the chopped mushrooms, red peppers in vinegar, green pepper, paprika, salt and pepper.
