The tomatoes and the green pepper are julienned. The eggs are washed, disinfected, passed through a cold water jet, hard boiled and cut in four. We squeeze a lemon for its juice. The olives are cut in different shapes. The dill and the parsley are chopped.
The vegetables, the eggs and the olives are arranged in the salad bowl. They are sprinkled with sauce made from lemon juice, salt and oil when they are served.
