The mushrooms are drained, washed and chopped. The onion is peeled, washed and chopped. The pressed cheese is grated. The eggs are washed, disinfected, passed through a cold water jet. The parsley is washed and chopped.
The onion is braised in butter. We add the mushrooms. When they are reduced and chilled, we add one egg, pepper, salt and greenery. We mix. The noodles sheets are cut into squares. We put the mixture in the middle, grease the edges with blended eggs, fold in triangle and press the edges with a fork. They are boiled in heated water with salt for roughly 15-20 minutes. They are chilled, drained, placed on a dish with the rest of the butter; we add the tomatoes sauce and the grated pressed cheese. We put into the oven for 10 minutes.
