The carrots and the celery are grated; the green peppers are washed and chopped. The eggs are washed, disinfected, passed through a cold water jet. The meat is washed, drained and passed through the meat-grinder.
We prepare the Bolognese gravy from vegetables, meat, wine and tomatoes juice. In a tray greased with oil and sprinkled with breadcrumbs we place layers of lasagna and Bolognese gravy. On top we grate pressed cheese and put the tray in the oven.
