Technological process:

We prepare the ingredients.

Preparation method

The flour is put on a board. In the middle of it we add the eggs, salt and water. We homogenize and obtain a dough of a solid consistency. It is portioned in equal pieces of about 4-6 pieces for one portion and kept in a cold place for 10 minutes. It is rolled and cut according to the eats for which they are used. We remove the flour from the noodles obtained and keep them in a dry place. After they drained we put them in a large pan, in a adequate layer, so that it covers all the surface like a dough. It is put into the oven for 15 minutes for browning a bit. Separately, we prepare a syrup from sugar, after the pan was taken away from the flame, we add the rum. With this syrup we sprinkle the noodles which are put into the oven, at a small flame until the syrup is absorbed and the noodles are linked together forming a sheet. This sheet is chilled and cut into half. Half of the sheet is placed on a tray, on which we put a layer of 3-4 cm of whipped cream. The other half is cut into small squares, then these are placed on the layer of whipped cream. According to the form of the squares , we cut with the knife into pieces.
