The apples are washed, peeled and we pull out their seeds, cut them in half and slice. The stewed fruits are drained. The pineapple and the peaches are sliced. The raisins are washed, their stalks are removed and we put them in wine with liqueur. The walnut kernel is sorted. The fruits and the raisins, the wine and the liqueur are macerated.
The fruits are placed in a cup, decorated with walnut kernel, whipped cream and sour cherries on top.
